All technical issues have been resolved.
In the end the problem was due to a misconfiguration in our deployment system that was quickly corrected.
The application has been successfully updated to version 1.1.1.

We deployed the application a first time but faced a technical issue with our hosting provider.
We reverted the application to the previous version while we work with the provider on resolving the issue.
Once solved, we will deploy the application again.

Pre-installation testing raised an issue. We are conducting an investigation.

We will be deploying version 1.1.1 of the application, that could become unresponsive for a few moments.
